Terms of Service.
The terms that govern the use of Salsyt salon operating software, APIs, customer portals, and administrative tooling.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or creating an account on Salsyt, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a salon or corporate salon group, you warrant that you hold the requisite authority.
2. Salon Account Responsibilities
Salon administrators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and managing role-based permissions assigned to stylists, front-desk staff, and managers.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
SaaS subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual cadence as selected. Salon owners can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel subscription plans at any time via the Super Admin / Billing dashboard.
4. Service Availability & SLA
Salsyt strives for 99.9% uptime across our booking engine and core scheduling services. Routine maintenance windows are scheduled during low-traffic overnight hours with advance notice.
