Salsyt is built on the belief that your data belongs to you. Here is how we safeguard salon operational data, staff profiles, and client information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to operate the Salsyt cloud salon management platform, including salon business records, account owner credentials, subscription billing records, appointment schedules, and transactional logs.
2. How We Protect Tenant Data
Each salon operates in an isolated tenant boundary enforced by PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. Your salon data, client lists, and appointment histories are strictly segregated from other salons on the platform.
3. Payment Security & Encryption
All payment transactions are handled through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processors. Salsyt never stores raw card credentials or sensitive CVV codes on our servers. All traffic is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3.
4. Your Rights & Data Portability
Salon owners may export customer records, inventory databases, and appointment logs at any time. You can request account deletion or data sanitization by contacting our compliance team.
