1. SaaS Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Salsyt software subscription at any time directly through your billing portal. Upon cancellation, your salon maintains full system access until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
2. 14-Day Free Trial
All new salon accounts include a 14-day unrestricted trial. If you choose not to subscribe before the trial concludes, no charges are applied and your account transitions to read-only status.
3. Salon Client Appointment Policies
Please note that individual appointment cancellations (for haircuts, coloring, and salon treatments) are managed directly by each independent salon. To review an individual salon’s cancellation policy or reschedule an appointment, visit that salon’s dedicated site page.
